Waterloo|MEP Engineering, LLC is a forward-thinking mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering firm focused on delivering superior design solutions with attentive client service. The firm is registered with the State of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) and is equipped to provide consulting engineering services across the state.

Founded in 2022 with offices in Austin and San Antonio, Texas, Waterloo|MEP offers extensive engineering experience with new construction and renovation projects across a range of public and private sector markets, including K-12, higher education, government, and commercial office. From early conceptual planning through construction administration closeout, the Waterloo|MEP process is different. We prioritize collaboration and clear communication to deliver high-performance buildings that naturally blend the architectural vision with energy efficiency, maintainability, operational clarity, and an intelligent life-cycle cost approach.
