Wells Branch MUD Recreation Center
This project consisted of both a renovation to the existing facilities, as well as an addition with new working spaces. Specifics involved an expansion to the recreation facility, an improved lobby with added sitting areas, a larger office and fitness center, additional classrooms, new yoga studio, and renovation/addition of restroom facilities which were brought up to code.
The engineers designed a dedicated outside air system, which is used to control humidity in the athletic and locker rooms, as well as the infrastructure for better circulation throughout the recreation center.
